Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

This Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy applies to purchases made through Global Ready AIEval, operated by:

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Global Ready AIEval currently sells its products and services on a one-time purchase basis.

We do not currently operate recurring subscriptions or automatic membership renewals.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable German or European Union law.

1. Products Covered by This Policy

Global Ready AIEval may offer:

• One-time access to digital AI evaluation training
• One-time access to lessons and practice exercises
• One-time access to AI interview practice
• AI interview credits
• One-time access to specialist training content
• One-time two-week intensive training programmes
• One-time post-offer onboarding support
• One-time coaching services
• Other related educational products and services

Different legal rules may apply depending on whether the purchased product consists of digital content, an interactive digital service, a personal service, or a combination of these.

2. Digital Training Purchases

Global Ready AIEval provides digital educational content that may be made available immediately following successful payment. Digital content may include:

• Lessons
• Training modules
• Practice exercises
• Case studies
• Assessment simulations
• Interview-preparation materials
• Learning resources
• Other digital training materials

Because customers receive access shortly after purchase, we provide customers with the option to expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately.

Where required by applicable law, during checkout the customer will be asked to:

1. expressly agree that Global Ready AIEval may begin supplying the purchased digital content before expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period; and
2. confirm that they understand that, once Global Ready AIEval begins supplying the digital content, their statutory right of withdrawal will be lost where all applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

The customer’s consent and acknowledgment will also be confirmed on a durable medium, such as the order-confirmation email, where required by law.

Once Digital Access Begins

Where these legal requirements have been satisfied and immediate access to the purchased digital content has begun, the statutory right of withdrawal expires.

The purchase then becomes non-refundable for change of mind. This means a customer will not normally receive a refund merely because they:

• Change their mind
• Decide the training is no longer suitable for them
• Do not complete the training
• Do not use all available lessons
• Do not use all available features
• Stop pursuing AI evaluation opportunities
• Fail an external assessment
• Are rejected by a third-party platform
• Do not obtain employment
• Do not receive projects or work

This does not remove statutory rights where a digital product is defective, materially unavailable or does not conform to what was purchased.

3. AI Interview Access and Credits

AI interview access and interview-credit packages are sold as one-time purchases. They are not recurring subscriptions.

Where AI interview functionality becomes available immediately after purchase, the applicable rules concerning immediate access to digital products apply.

Where the customer’s statutory withdrawal right has validly expired, unused interview credits are generally non-refundable for change of mind.

A credit may be considered used once the relevant AI interview session has materially begun.

Technical Problems

If an interview credit is consumed because of a verified technical failure attributable to Global Ready AIEval and the interview cannot reasonably be completed, we may:

• Restore the affected credit;
• Provide a replacement interview session; or
• Provide another appropriate remedy.

This does not limit any statutory rights concerning defective digital products or services.

4. Two-Week Intensive Training Programme

The Global Ready AIEval two-week intensive training programme is sold as a one-time training package. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.

Depending on the package offered at the time of purchase, the programme may include:

• Digital learning materials
• Structured training
• Practice exercises
• AI interview practice
• Live training or support
• Individual feedback
• Coaching or guidance

Digital Components

Any digital content supplied immediately is subject to the rules in Section 2 of this Policy.

Where the customer validly requests immediate digital access and the statutory requirements are satisfied, the withdrawal right relating to that digital content may expire once supply begins.

Live or Personal Service Components

Where the programme includes live training, personal feedback, coaching or other services, the customer may be asked to expressly request that those services begin before expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.

If the customer exercises a valid statutory withdrawal right after the service has begun but before it has been fully performed, Global Ready AIEval may, where permitted by law and where the applicable information and consent requirements have been satisfied, charge a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Where a service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, the statutory withdrawal right may expire if the customer:

• expressly agreed that performance could begin before the withdrawal period expired; and
• acknowledged that the withdrawal right would be lost once the service was fully performed, where required by applicable law.

After the applicable statutory withdrawal rights have expired, the programme is generally non-refundable for change of mind.

Failure to attend, participate in or complete the programme does not automatically create a right to a refund.

5. Post-Offer Onboarding and Coaching Support

Global Ready AIEval provides one-time onboarding and coaching support to individuals who have independently received an offer, invitation, project opportunity or onboarding request from a third-party AI training or evaluation platform and are unsure how to proceed.

The purpose of this service is to help customers understand the process and prepare to proceed independently. Our support may help customers understand:

• What onboarding instructions mean
• What steps they may need to complete
• General platform navigation
• General task workflows
• Platform expectations
• What may be expected before beginning work
• Areas of confusion relating to the onboarding process
• How to prepare themselves to work independently

What We Do

Global Ready AIEval provides: guidance, explanation, education and support. We help customers understand the process.

What We Do Not Do

Global Ready AIEval does not perform the onboarding process, assessment or work on behalf of the customer. We do not:

• Log into a customer’s third-party platform account on their behalf
• Request or use a customer’s password
• Request or use one-time authentication or verification codes
• Complete identity verification for a customer
• Pretend to be the customer
• Accept contracts, terms, declarations or agreements on behalf of a customer
• Complete qualification assessments for a customer
• Provide prohibited real-time answers during third-party assessments
• Complete paid tasks or project work for a customer
• Submit work under another person’s identity
• Communicate with a third-party platform while pretending to be the customer
• Guarantee successful onboarding
• Guarantee continued access to a platform
• Guarantee project allocation
• Guarantee employment
• Guarantee earnings

Customers remain solely responsible for:

• Their accounts
• Their identity verification
• Their contractual decisions
• Their assessments
• Their applications
• Their submissions
• Their work
• Compliance with the third-party platform’s rules and terms

Information Customers Must Not Send Us

Customers must not provide Global Ready AIEval with:

• Passwords
• One-time login codes
• Authentication codes
• Identity-verification credentials
• Confidential assessment questions
• Leaked assessment materials
• Confidential employer information
• Information that a third-party platform requires the customer to keep confidential

Global Ready AIEval is independent from the third-party platform that issued the customer’s offer or invitation. We do not act as that platform’s employer, representative, recruiter, agent or onboarding provider.

6. Withdrawal Rights for Onboarding and Coaching

Post-offer onboarding and coaching are personal services rather than simply the delivery of static digital content.

Where a customer asks us to begin providing the service before expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, we may ask the customer to expressly request that performance begins immediately.

If a customer subsequently exercises a valid statutory right of withdrawal after we have begun providing the service, Global Ready AIEval may, where permitted by law and where the applicable statutory requirements have been satisfied, charge a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

If the service has been completely performed before the withdrawal period expires, the statutory withdrawal right may expire where the customer:

• expressly agreed that the service could begin immediately; and
• confirmed their understanding that the withdrawal right would expire once the service had been fully performed, where required by applicable law.

After the applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, onboarding and coaching services are generally non-refundable for change of mind.

7. Coaching and Onboarding Rescheduling

Unless different conditions are clearly stated at the time of purchase:

At Least 24 Hours’ Notice

A scheduled onboarding or coaching session may be rescheduled without an additional rescheduling charge where the customer provides at least 24 hours’ notice.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice

A request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be treated as a late cancellation. We may nevertheless allow rescheduling where reasonable circumstances justify it.

No-Show

Where a customer fails to attend a confirmed session without prior notice, the session may be treated as used.

These commercial rules do not remove statutory consumer rights.

8. Coaching Satisfaction Guarantee

Where a specific one-to-one coaching or onboarding product is expressly advertised with a satisfaction guarantee, that guarantee applies in addition to statutory consumer rights.

Where such a guarantee is offered, a customer who:

• Attends the complete scheduled session; and
• Genuinely believes the session did not help them understand or make meaningful progress on the issue for which support was purchased

may request a refund under the guarantee. The request must be submitted to contact@globalready.tech within 48 hours after completion of the session.

The customer should briefly explain which issue was not adequately addressed so that we can review the request.

This guarantee applies only where it was expressly included in the product description at the time of purchase.

The Guarantee Does Not Cover Third-Party Outcomes

The guarantee does not mean that Global Ready AIEval guarantees:

• Successful onboarding
• Passing an assessment
• Platform acceptance
• Continued access to a platform
• Employment
• Project allocation
• Earnings
• Any decision made by Mercor, Outlier or another third party

The guarantee concerns the usefulness of the Global Ready AIEval coaching service itself.

9. No Refund Based on Third-Party Outcomes

Global Ready AIEval provides independent training, career preparation and educational support.

A refund is not automatically due merely because a customer:

• Fails a third-party assessment
• Does not receive an interview
• Does not receive an offer
• Is rejected by a platform
• Is removed from a platform
• Does not receive a project
• Does not obtain employment
• Receives fewer projects than expected
• Earns less than expected
• Does not achieve a particular career outcome

Third-party hiring, assessment and project decisions are outside Global Ready AIEval’s control.

10. Change-of-Mind Refunds

Once:

• a statutory withdrawal period has expired; or
• a statutory withdrawal right has validly ceased to exist because immediate digital content has been supplied in accordance with applicable law,

Global Ready AIEval generally does not provide refunds solely because the customer changes their mind. This policy applies unless:

• A statutory consumer remedy requires otherwise;
• The product is materially defective or non-conforming;
• An express Global Ready AIEval guarantee applies; or
• We expressly agree otherwise.

11. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Products

The non-refund rules in this Policy do not remove statutory consumer rights where a digital product or service is defective or fails to conform to the contract. Examples may include circumstances where:

• Paid content cannot reasonably be accessed because of a fault attributable to Global Ready AIEval
• A purchased feature is materially unavailable
• A digital service materially fails to provide the functionality promised at purchase

Where appropriate, available remedies may include:

• Restoring access
• Correcting the problem
• Replacing affected interview credits
• Providing conforming functionality
• Price reduction
• Contract termination or refund where required by applicable law

Customers experiencing a technical problem should contact contact@globalready.tech and provide enough information for us to investigate.

12. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Where a statutory right of withdrawal continues to apply, a consumer may generally withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The applicable period and rules depend on the nature of the product or service.

A customer may exercise a valid withdrawal right by sending us a clear statement of their decision. Contact:

Where required by applicable German law, an electronic withdrawal function will also be made available through the website while the applicable withdrawal right continues to exist.

13. Electronic Withdrawal Function

Where applicable, the website will provide an easily accessible electronic function allowing consumers to submit a statutory withdrawal declaration.

The electronic process will allow the customer to provide or confirm the information necessary to identify:

• The customer
• The relevant contract or purchase
• The electronic contact method to which confirmation should be sent

The customer will then be able to confirm submission of the withdrawal.

Global Ready AIEval will provide confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, including the relevant withdrawal information and the date and time of receipt.

Use of the electronic function does not prevent customers from exercising an applicable withdrawal right through another legally valid method.

15. Refund Processing

Where a refund is:

• Required by applicable law;
• Approved under an express satisfaction guarantee; or
• Otherwise approved by Global Ready AIEval,

the refund will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been expressly agreed.

Where statutory law specifies a refund deadline, Global Ready AIEval will comply with that deadline.

Payment providers may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear in the customer’s account.

16. Discounts and Promotional Pricing

Purchases made using:

• Promotional codes
• Founding-user prices
• Discounts
• Limited-time offers
• Special launch pricing

remain subject to this Policy. Promotional pricing does not remove statutory consumer rights.

Once applicable withdrawal rights have expired, discounted purchases are subject to the same non-refund rules as purchases made at the standard price unless expressly stated otherwise.

17. Fraud, Account Abuse and Chargebacks

Global Ready AIEval may investigate cases involving:

• Fraudulent payments
• Account sharing
• Misuse of refund guarantees
• False refund claims
• Unauthorised use of payment methods
• Abuse of chargeback processes

Customers who believe a payment was made incorrectly or that a purchased service was not supplied are encouraged to contact contact@globalready.tech so that the issue can be investigated.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate statutory consumer rights or lawful rights through their payment provider.
